The Platte Valley Patriots secured their first District Championship and punched their ticket to the State Tournament with a 7-4 victory over the Platteview Trojans! The Patriots will take on the Standing Bear Grizzlies in the opening round of the tournament on Saturday, March 16th with first pitch scheduled for 12:00 PM at Tal Anderson Field.

Congratulations the AG Boys Golf Team as they finished as Trailblazer Conference Runner-Up, only behind by 1 shot to Beatrice. A special congrats to those who place and will be on the 1st Team All-Conference Team: Cal Kissinger (5th), Maddox Thies (6th), and Connor Nootz (8th). Congrats to Mr. Dutcher and all the boys on the Golf Team for a great season so far! Way to 'raise the bar'.

Platte Valley captured their first ever Trailblazer Conference Tournament Championship. They defeated Platteview by the score of 4-1. Platte Valley was the 2 seed coming into the tournament and had to win 3 games to claim the championship. The 2026 Trailblazer Conference Art Show was held on Wednesday, April 22nd in Wahoo. Art students from each school in the conference were invited to bring their original artworks and participate in a day-long event that included a judged art competition. I wanted to take a minute to highlight some of our local members' accomplishments at the State Leadership Conference this week. They have all worked so hard and I'd love for you to congratulate them! We had 21 National Qualifiers with three students qualifying in more than one event. We may have a few more yet that get to represent AG in San Antonio, TX this summer as students are only able to compete in one event. We had 33 total students earn Top 8 in the state, all class, which is super exciting. . . .
